Nestled in one of San Sebastián's most peaceful residential neighbourhoods. Just a five-minute drive from the city centre and its famous beaches, it offers the perfect balance between privacy and convenience.

Designed for families and groups of friends, the villa comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across five spacious double bedrooms and four bathrooms.

One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor with step-free access and an en-suite bathroom, making the villa suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the first floor, alongside three additional bathrooms, including another en-suite.

Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi, a security alarm system, cable TV, hairdryers in every bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for larger groups and extended stays. A complimentary baby cot is available upon request.

Outside, guests can enjoy over 1,200 m² of private gardens, a spacious 100 m² terrace, a traditional built-in barbecue and private parking for up to four vehicles. The swimming pool is open from Easter until the end of September, while the garden also includes a changing room with a bathroom and hot shower for added comfort after a swim.

One of Casa Sasueta's most charming features is its small henhouse, where our hens provide fresh eggs that we are delighted to offer as a welcome gift whenever available.
